Retailing at £11.93.  Full Size product.

So first of all the box is pretty cool I love the design. Then IMG_3884you see the lipstick and I have to say it’s definitely one of the most creative lipsticks I have ever seen. I was a bit put off by the shade originally. I’m not a massive fan of Coral, but it doesn’t look too bad. The lipstick itself is a really nice quality to and it lasts. it’s full of Coconut Oil goodness so your lips are left feeling hydrated and soft which is quite nice around this time of year.

2. UNANI Dermo Defense Face Mask Retailing at £11.36. Full Size Product.
I don’t know about anyone else, but if I don’t like the smell of a product, there is no chance of it going on my face. This defence mask smells so good, It’s so light weighIMG_3878t and because it’s clear, I did find it hard to see if I had covered my whole entire face properly, but that’s such a minor detail. I also like it because it’s for sensitive skin, so it didn’t feel harsh or leave my skin feeling tight or dry. I did find I broke out in a few spots after using it, but I’m still going to continue to use it just in case that was a coincidence.

3. Madara Cellular Repair Serum Retailing at £38. Luxury Size

For me I don’t really need anti age serum. I’m 23 years old and on most days I get mistaken for being an 18 year old. I still thought I’d give it a go and I did notice a slight difference in my IMG_3875skin. What I have noticed was mainly around my eyes, the only way to describe it is I don’t look constantly tired any more. So if one day I decided to go to work without a face full of make up, it wouldn’t look so bad now.

4. Emite Micronized Powder Blush in the shade 108 Retailing at £20.59. Full Size

I was really disappointed to get sent another one of these blushers, for me I’m pale and this blusher is far to dark for me. The blusher is very pigmented, so applying a very small amount is essential, other wise you will look like a clown. Just saying. I tried it with the other one I received and it was not a good look. However if you aren’t as pale as me, I’m sure this blusher would do the job. It is a lovely shade of pink and I’am gutted that it really wasn’t the shade for me.

However if anyone is a fan of blusher and wants to try it for them selves. I have an untouched one here and I’ll quite happily let you take it off my hands.

5. Eye shadow In the shade Glossy Mauve Retailing at £7.10. Full SizeIMG_3873

I really like this eye shadow! I have hazel eyes and purple shades have always been a go to colour for me. This Mauve colour also has hints of glitter. So if you want to create a sexy smokey eye look this is the one to have. It’s holding time is amazing it lasts for hours and doesn’t lose it’s colour. It’s also nice because it’s not so dark that you get mistaken for someone trying to dress up for Halloween. It’s Perfect for a hot date night or a night out in town with friends, or if your really spontaneous out for a coffee catch up during the day.
Rating 5/5

Overall for the first box of the year I wasn’t overly impressed. I had a few things I liked but I didn’t get that super exciting feeling. However Glossy box do have another eleven boxes to impress me with so I’m sure they will aim to please.

I hope you enjoyed it.
High hopes for my February Valentine’s Box.
